Video: Introduction to Tapping

Tapping can help you weather tough situations, whether you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, triggered, or just emotionally exhausted. In this video I show you the basics of tapping, including all of the areas of the body you can tap on. This does not explore what’s known as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which also uses tapping, but can serve as a good base.
